LETS GO TO ZAMBIA

June 2, 2025

Why Zambia?

Firstly, you are visiting Zambia for the wildlife, the wild raw untamed Africa that you read about. You want to fall asleep hearing those lions raw outside of your tented accommodation, you want to wake up to that elephant breaking branches next to your abode.

Secondly, the birding, with over 858 recorded species, this is going to be one amazing trip. The guides are so intuned to their natural settings, they are able to identify those bird songs you hear.

Thirdly, activities, you have so much to choose from you need to decide what excites you the most. Does canoeing on the mighty Zambezi River excite you knowing you will get up close to elephants and hippos. How about keeping it toned down a bit and enjoy the comfort of your vehicle on games drives, or exploring the bush on foot with a qualified big 5 ranger, and don't forget the fishing, tiger fishing in Zambia is an unforgetable experiene. We have not forgotten about the Victoria Falls, you can enjoy this and the activities that go with it on the Zambian side.

Kafue National Park is 6 hours from Lusaka. Can you self drive here - yes you can! Can you camp here? Yes you can! If you are not into camping,we have amazing lodges on offer here that include all your meals and 2 daily activities.

Visiting the Basanga Plains should be on your list for at least 3 nights. Operating from June to October each year, this flood plain is lions paradise. Musekese Camp is a must see!

Lower Zambezi - your view is the Zambezi River, watch the sun set over the water while out on a boat cruise. Here you can fish and just enjoy the outdoors!

South Luangwa - easiest way to get here is to fly, its a quick flight with Proflight. You are now in pure wilderness, leopard territory is what they refer South Luangwa to. We have some great lodges here. They all offer all meals and 2 daily game drives

Kasanka National Park - have you head of the bat migration? Not just a few, we are talking millions! The fuit bats are huge, and from October to December you can witness this amazing migration. Just to warn you, you are up early to view these bats just as the sun starts to rise. In the later afternoon you head out again to witness the bats.
