Camelthorn Farmstead is a tranquil, family-run campsite situated near the Boteti River on the edge of the Makgadikgadi National Park, just a short drive from the Khumaga Gate. A highlight of the property is the viewing deck overlooking the river and nearby park fence, where wildlife such as elephants, hippos, and zebras often gather. Keep in mind that the Boteti River is seasonal, and water is only present following heavy rains or during a good flood year.
