Elephant Sands Lodge is a unique and rustic bush camp located approximately 50 km north of Nata in northeastern Botswana, set on a large unfenced private conservancy where wildlife roams freely. Built around a natural waterhole, the camp offers incredible close-up wildlife viewing, with elephants and other animals visiting throughout the day and often gathering just meters from the restaurant, swimming pool, and guest chalets. Some of the accommodation overlooks the waterhole, allowing guests to enjoy constant views of the surrounding wilderness. The camp operates without electricity and offers shared ablution facilities, creating a simple and authentic bush experience that brings travelers closer to nature and the raw beauty of the African wilderness.
