Flatdogs Camp is a relaxed and friendly safari camp located on the banks of the Luangwa River, just outside South Luangwa National Park. Its riverside setting offers frequent wildlife sightings right around camp, including hippo, elephant, and crocodile along the riverbanks.

The camp has a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere, with accommodation ranging from classic safari tents to more comfortable chalets. Everything is designed to keep guests close to nature while still ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the bush.

Flatdogs is an excellent base for exploring South Luangwa National Park, one of Zambia’s most famous wildlife regions. The park is known for its abundant game, including elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, and wild dog, as well as exceptional birdlife throughout the year. The camp operates seasonally and is closed annually from 15 January to 30 March.
