Lake Kariba is the worlds largest man made dam. Situated in Zimbabwe, dividing Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The lake has many fish species as well as crocodiles and home to hippos.
Lake Kariba is an all year round destination to visit, but there are certain times of the year where wildlife viewing is at its best, this falls between June to October.
Activities usually include fishing, boating and wildlife viewing.
The rainy season is usually November to March. This is also a great time for bird viewing as the migratory birds arrive.
