Day-to-Day Program

Spend your first night at Waterside Cottages just outside Gaborone, where you can relax in a comfortable self-catering cottage after a long day of travelling. This peaceful stopover provides the perfect opportunity to rest and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Khama Rhino Sanctuary is your next stop today. On the way, you can stock up on supplies in Palapye or Serowe, where you will find a variety of shops and butchers for any essentials you may need. Upon arrival, settle into your spacious campsite, which offers a true wilderness camping experience without electricity and with shared ablution facilities, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of the sanctuary.

Enjoy a full day at leisure at Khama Rhino Sanctuary. Take time to explore the reserve at your own pace, enjoy game viewing in your own vehicle, or simply relax at the campsite and soak in the peaceful bush surroundings. This is a great opportunity to spot rhinos and other wildlife while experiencing the natural beauty of the sanctuary.
